Join acclaimed author and teacher Stephen Cope this January for a three-day program focused on the systematic cultivation of loving-kindness.
This on campus workshop will include:

- Daily mindful yoga practices
- This relaxed, friendly atmosphere welcomes practitioners of all levels of experience to encourage a deeper understanding of the importance of loving-kindness
