Stephen is still hard at work on his next book which is coming this fall. He sent the following personal update to readers:
Thanks for checking out my website, and please forgive me for having been somewhat Missing In Action these past few months.
I’ve been in the final stages of production of my new book, Dharma Dog: When Your Spiritual Teacher Has Four Legs. Naturally, this project has taken longer than I’d anticipated. Isn’t that always the case? I had intended it to be a really small book, but as you may have noticed, I seem incapable of writing a small tome. So, not small!
At any rate, I’m really psyched about this book. In the writing of it, I’ve discovered a rather new literary style (for me) and so it’s been a delight to work on. I should have a video about the book online (on this site) by mid-August, and the book will be out in late September. I’ll send you a few pictures of my beloved spaniel, Kenzie, who is the subject of the book. I’ve been madly in love with this pup for almost five years now, and she’s been a blessing in so many ways. If you read the book you will hear all about it.
I’ll be teaching twice at Kripalu this Summer and Fall and there will be quite a few book events this Fall, all of which will be posted here.
Meanwhile, my friends, have a wonderful summer!
Warmly,
Stephen
